Our Inn is comprised of five distinct buildings. The Main House is our private residence, it is where we greet guests for arrival and prepare our breakfasts. The East Wing House consists of two queen suites, each with a private entrance, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. The Casita, our King Suite, is a private house to the back of the property. Our two guest houses, Sunrise & Sunset are two stories, two bedroom units. Our beautiful lush gardens and many private patios are surrounded by tall, rose bush covered walls, offering our guests maximum privacy.
Peppertrees B&B Inn was established in 1988 by Marjorie Martin and her son Christopher Martin. In January of 2003, Marjorie retired and her daughter, Jill Light McCormick and her husband Ronald McCormick took over the operation of the Inn. Jill is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and a nationally renowned Pastry Chef that was chosen as the opening executive Chef for the Four Seasons Hotel's landmark property in New York City. She has won many accolades and awards, and has been published numerous times for her work & expertise. Ron McCormick has years of experience working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants in the country in the front of the house. Together, they bring years of experience and professionalism to the property.
